Nicole Weeks is a natural pro figure champion in the
NGA and IFPA. The owner of Corporal Punishment training and figure
coaching, she
started working out six years ago as part of the Body for Life Challenge
and was a top finalist in 2000. She's been competing for six years
now starting in 2001 with the Women's Tri-Fitness and now in figure
having won her pro-card in three natural organizations, rising to the
top with the NGA. Nicole does figure and fitness competition coaching
teaching beginner and intermediate competitors everything they need
to know to prepare for a competition and improve stage confidence and
presentation. Having been formally overweight and out of shape Nicole
brings a unique and relevant perspective to coaching new competitors.
